Medicine, repair, speech, survival, melee, and unarmed are good for this DLC. Personally though you should have at least a few skills maxed to 100 or 75 before you start Dead Money. Honest Hearts: 15-20, enemies can be tanky for lower levels and some carry stronger weaponry.ĭead Money: Any level is fine, hell I completed it at lvl1 once, it was a pain in the ass but I completed it. The leveling I suggest for each DLC is as follows:
The canon order is the exact same but Honest Hearts is after Dead Money, there’s not a big difference in order, I actually feel that playing Honest Hearts first makes the DLC flow better. The order I suggest is Honest Hearts -> Dead Money -> Old World Blues -> Lonesome Road. Also do NOT play Old World Blues before Dead Money, it spoils most of the experience and ruins the foreshadowing in Dead Money for Old World Blues. Come into contact with Caesar’s Legion before starting Honest Hearts.įor the DLCs, Old World Blues doesn’t strip you of your gear and Honest Hearts leaves you with 100lbs, not 75lbs. Don’t try to rush any of the DLCs, especially Dead Money. Talk to Veronica, recruit her, and exhaust her dialogue tree before starting Dead Money.
